need:
some cardboard, hot glue, two motors (5V scavaged from old CDrom), a working power supply or batteries for motors and plastic plate. (edit) i almost forgot - i used some rubber-broken-thing to make bumbers side by side for the plate so it sannot fall even if super earthquake will occure ; )
restrictions:
if adding more than less weight - add some soft layer between flour and plate so it can rezonate
if U wonna use it for longer u must use the holding plate parts made from cornered cardboard, or do some other look like design
how does it work:
The motors have rotating inside core - so placing it like i did u get spring effect on cardboard so it will move the plate but u cannot see it with eyes becouse its almost high frequency, but if u add some water u will see how its moving 'itself'
i did used this method in past , its speeding up chemical reactions, be carefull if reaction normally create heat and produce gases it will be speeded up so there will be more of it, be carefull.
i am sure there is milions of ways to use this technique in other contruction-build-scheme

I also added some weight to the motors to have some extra boost + if U wonna do it rlly quick u must heat up temperature
