How to create Light - diffusion chamber ?

Well, it is that simple,
just take some nice fitting glass tube, and add some water, then remove water, always there will be some water still inside, dont worry we need it for - add some chemical that will not affect anything with posin etc, but is shiny and stichy, well it depends what colour ur light would be.. i would reccomend U a colour chalk, but i dont have any, so  I used flour instead, u can get some cool  colours while using UV LEDd with some UVregmenTalk, but same I dont have any..

later i managedsomehow to not break it so much, and later and later I learned hot to put this flour nicely all around, I used this technique to build This:

a LightenedSuperCellphoneHolder so the cell will not be dropped into acid or something, even when there is a blackout.  (FullyRecycledParts)(well batteries are not, I could use acid bio acc, but that tech need a cleaning procces once a week,,so)
